I My booking was last minute when my flight was cancelled because of huge snow.. I had checked out at 6am and then with nowhere else to go, returned to the hotel around 9am. The hotel was so kind, let me wait inside and have breakfast even after I had checked out. They even offered to give me my room key back. On top of this they were really under pressure as so many flights were cancelled and many tired and angry people looking for rooms, they handled it with style. Wonderful Humans. Thank you again!

The lobby area was always clean, my room was aesthetically pleasing, and spacious for one person. The hotel was also close by public transit, so for someone that gets lost easily and didn't speak German it was a plus.

The location is exactly what a tourist needs. The subway is 5-7 minutes away. There is a mall with grocery shops and food next to the hotel. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe! The breakfast has everything, but sometimes they don't refill all the options. So if you go late there is a possibility not to find all the options available.
